This policy covers this website and the apps published by Moss and Metric LLC ("we", "us"). We collect only what we need to make our products work. If an app or website has its own privacy policy, that policy applies instead.
What we collect
Depending on the app, we may collect:
- Information you give us, such as an email address if you contact us or create an account, and content you create in the app.
- Usage and crash data sent automatically by the app, such as device model, OS version, and error reports, used to fix problems and improve the app.
- Data from device permissions you grant, such as notifications or location, used only for the feature that asked for them.
This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
How we use it
To provide and support our apps, respond to you, and keep things running. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run our apps, such as hosting, crash reporting, and payments (App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's own policy). They receive only what they need to do their job and are required to protect your data to the same standard as this policy. We don't share your personal information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service to you. Apps that offer accounts let you delete your account from within the app. You can also ask us to delete your information, or to see or correct it, at any time by emailing hello@mossandmetric.com. You can revoke device permissions or stop sharing usage data at any time in your device's Settings.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
